The Reservation Form for collecting ads for our 2010 Season Program can be viewed and down loaded here.
This is an important fundraiser for PHS Girls LAX ~ so please work to do your part! We would like each player/family to contribute two ads to the program. The ads can either be personal or from local businesses.
Checks should be mailed to Pia Morgan at the address given. The ads can be emailed to powaygirlslacrosse@yahoo.com. When submitting your ad, please include your name, your daughter’s name and the ad size. Please complete your ad requests early ~ the deadline is March 14th.
